• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person or entity per account unless otherwise approved

• Agency (£299/month): Enterprise features for agencies

Billing Terms

• Payment: Charged monthly in advance via Stripe
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price Changes: 30-day notice for price increases
• Taxes: User responsible for applicable taxes
• Currency: All prices in British Pounds (GBP)

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: Cancel anytime with immediate effect on next billing cycle
• No Refunds: No refunds for partial months or unused features
• Data Access: 30-day grace period to export data after cancellation
• Reactivation: Cancelled accounts may be reactivated within 90 days

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

• Platform: BAIO platform, software, and technology are our property
• Trademarks: BAIO name, logos, and branding are our trademarks
• Content: Our original content, templates, and resources are protected
• Patents: Any patentable features or processes belong to us

Your Rights

• User Content: You retain ownership of content you create
• Limited License: We grant you a limited license to use our platform
• Templates: Non-exclusive right to use and modify our templates
• Generated Content: You own content generated using our AI tools

License to Us

By using our Service, you grant us:

• Right to host, store, and display your content
• License to use your content to provide the Service
• Right to backup and secure your data
• Permission to analyze usage patterns (anonymized)

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

Liability Exclusions

Severability
